gottagetbig...

did you know you can create your own ads in fbook?! one day, when superstrongjohn hits the big time...


man, forget about school and work. im going to start my own gym. as soon as i stop eating like a fatty. today, after basketball, i came home around 11. then i ate 2slicesofpizza, 1creamcheesebagel, 1brownie (bestfoodever), 1smoothie (containing 1yogurt, 1pear, 1apple, 20348932948blueberries, some lemonade). this is on top of the mondo omelet i had for breakfast, pork/onion/spinach thing i had for lunch, and 3slicesofpizza, 1cheeseburger, 2brownies, 1smallsoup i had for dinner.

seriously, i need to start eating better. who knows, maybe someday i will wake up and become...

for those of you that do not know, andy has started a "from fat to all that" diet. at the end of the month, he is going to benchmark himself against me to see who is more cut. these are the critieria for his diet:
  1. cut out all sugary drinks (even if free), natural juices don't count
  2. eat only to content and not a morsel more
  3. 1 dressing packet per salad
  4. only fruit and veggies for snacks
  5. must wake up a lil earlier to eat breakfast (heard that is good)
  6. no fried foods
  7. no desserts (unless special occasion eg. birthday)
  8. if by myself i will walk to all classes
  9. some form of exercise everyday (20 min or more) and stretching
  10. no fast food

now, i am an ultra competitive kid and would be emo forever if i lost to him, so i am starting my "gottagetbig" regimine:
  1. cut out all sugary drinks, unless it is free. if it has alcohol, it is ok to drink no matter how much sugar is in it...
  2. eat only to content and not a morsel more. unless there is still food left on my plate or other peoples plate.. mrs. wang taught me to never waste food...
  3. 1 dressing packet per salad. but i dont eat salads. they are for girly men. i eat whoppers...
  4. only fruit and veggies for snacks... or sandwiches...
  5. must wake up a lil earlier to eat lunch...
  6. no fried foods, unless it is delicious...
  7. no desserts, unless it is a special occasion. or it is free. or if it is brownies or "cookies&coke" (arguably the greatest combination of food and drink in the world)...
  8. if by myself i will walk to all classes, or just don't go to class...
  9. start my 100 pushups before i go to bed routine again.. and hopefully get back to 300 before bed... (i will start this tomorrow)
  10. no mayo in my fast food...
i hope i win! pics will come at the end of the month for you to decide!

you know, seeing him diet almost ALMOST makes me want to get in shape as well. i wonder what it would take for me to actually do so...
